The Great Seat Robbery at Americus Days: Granny LeCompton calls for a vote

Thanks to the wonderful folks in Americus and all that attended their annual celebration of their town’s founding. They really know how to throw a party. They should, they’ve been practicing for 150 years.

The Great Seat Robbery, the melodramatic and slightly less than completely historical account of how Lyon County Kansas came to be, penned by Scott Rochat was well received. We had a great time producing the show and it showed.

We’ll see what we can do for the 151st.

Glad to hear that everything went so well! I wish I could have been up there to cheer, boo and sigh with everyone else. Guess I’ll have to settle for caterwauling at the video tape (and since Tonya and Audra were involved, I’m sure there WILL be a tape). Hope you guys had a blast — the picture looks great!
